Delivery info

Orders are usually despatched within 2- 3 working days of being received.

Most orders are posted by royal mail second class and are usually delivered within 2-5 days of posting, with the exception of orders containing baby carriers, these will be sent via courier. Collections via courier are twice weekly and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive with you. We are able to offer a quicker service, for an additional £3.80 we can deliver your parcel via Royal Mail Special delivery

For the baby carriers, we charge £4.50 to post your item within the UK

For the bibs, as they are sold individually it would be difficult to price up per bib. It is charged at £1 for each set of 3 bibs.
so £1 for 1,2 or 3 bibs. £2 for 4,5 & 6 bibs. £3 for 7,8 &9 bibs and so on! There is a maximum postage charge of £6
We think this is fairly reasonable.

NOTE: If your baby carrier order is for a gift, please let me know when you order and I can pack it with a cardboard sleeve around it (if Im sending direct to the gift recipient for you) or leave the cellophane packing bag off for you to put on yourself or send you an additional packaging bag to replace it with.
During normal posting conditions, our cellophane bags which the carriers are packed in, can get crumpled when being handled by the postal service and your carrier can look well handled when you receive it.
This shouldnt matter if it is for your own use but if you are wanting to give one as a present I can help keep it presentable for you.
